DURAM PAINTS! WORST PAINT EVER .....!

I wish I could rate Duram paints minus 10! What a waste of money! Don't ever but ever buy Duram paints...POOR QUALITY PAINT...IT IS DEFINITELY DILUTED....I dealt with their head office ... brushes, etc got the blame for their poor-quality paint! NO DURAM! YOUR PAINT IS THE PROBLEM....NOT PAINT BRUSHES, ETC! The sales manager Mark was utterly rude and has zero managerial s****s! Every single tin of paint (of the same colour) differs and especially the dark colours must be painted at least 10 times over and over and it was still NOT up to standard…. cheap paint but also a cheap quality! Stick to Plascon and Dulux! Ricardo the Sales rep remained professional and polite at all times…. thumbs up Ricardo! After a huge drama Builders Warehouse refunded my contractor and myself after I complained to Builders Warehouse about the quality of the paint…. Thank you... Builders Warehouse, for caring and not having an attitude like Duram paints! I will rather pay more for a good quality paint and know I will have peace of mind than purchase a cheap paint of zero quality! Builders Warehouse I will always support you due to good customer service but I will NEVER support Duram paints ever again! STAY AWAY FROM DURAM…..!
