Duram paint not an option - company not responding to complaints

firstly i painted my garage floor with Dulux floor paint and the cement had to be lifted as was cracking underneath the paint but it never came off then we replaced the cement and after 3 months spoke to a Duram Rep in Builders warehouse and he told me to wash the floor with a certain solution then once dry to paint with floor paint after a month we did the 2nd coat my car stayed out of the garage for 1 month now the paint is coming off where the car wheels are resting I have called Duram to complain and the gentleman said he would organize a Rep to come and look after phoning for the fourth time and hearing that he is very busy - i asked to speak to the manager but he couldn't connect to the manager i am also in business and if i get a complaint I will return the call, follow up and do what I had said in the first place I am very disappointed that there is no follow up and I have burnt my bridges and will never use their products again many thanks Lynette Smit ********** 713
