Duram incompetence in mixing colours

On 9 June 2026, I went to buy 6 x 20L drums of Duram One for Plaster at Brights Brackengate. They only had 2 x 20l drums. Damian helped me and I told him to find out where I can get the other 4 drums. He called around and said Blackheath only had 1 drum and Boston had 4 drums. I asked Damian if they have a colour chart, so I can choose a colour. He told me they do not have a chart. I then told him to mix me a specific colour from Dulux and he said he will be able to match it and that I must trust their process. He mixed the 2 drums which should be the same colour as he saved the colour on the machine that he matched. He then gave me the printed sticker to give to Siyathemba at Boston Brights to mix the other 4 drums. I then painted the walls and after I finished, I found that the wall had 3 different colours. Although the colours looked similar, it was different shades. On 13 June I went to Brackengate Brights to complain and Damian said that Keoma January will call me on 15 June to sort it out. Keoma came out on 15 June to inspect the drums stickers and told me he will get back to me on 17 June. He came back to me on 19 June only to say he has not forgotten and that he will sort it out on 22 June. He did not get back to me and I Whatsapp him on 24 June after which he again promised to get back to me on 26 June but again did not. If this is the level of service from Duram, then this is the first and the last time that I will buy a Duram product. The only reason I bought this product was because you do not need a primer. I thought I would save time and money, but it seems I am wasting my time with Duram. I only used Plascon and Dulux in the past as I know that I will get quality, but you first need to apply a primer before you apply the topcoat. I thought I was going to save time and money by choosing Duram, but it seems I wasted my time and money as Duram is messing me around. Now I am wondering what is smart about Duram!
