Duram endure all weather exterior matt finish paint

<p>I bought durum paint and after 7 months it started shooting off the wall, my father is a builder with 40 years experience, i done the preparation work like it should be. I reported it ,and a duram rep came out. He then took a peice off the wall and then took it with him, nothing was done after that.. i had to follow up and the rep said i must use wall seal paint? Then say use bond it? I asked why must i buy wall seal? Is duram endure not a quality paint then he couldnt explain it? He then got extremely rude , where is the 8 year quaility guarantee? That paint should have a bonding agent in it!! If rep say i must use bond it, the reps no nothing of building didnt ask about dampness which i thought he ask but there no dampness! Its the worst paint ever and service... remember people paint is kind of cheap but prep work is expensive and scaffolding so rather buy a more quaility paint like wall and all plascon , dulux or midas.... duram is fooling the people with their contex of all the qualities it has... </p>
