Duram /DON'T - RAM!!

Minus one is not an option? I have spent a lot of money trying to paint my house, and five months and two visits of the Rep later, I still have not had a satisfactory answer. The rep needs to be constantly contacted and reminded. He then replies with "I was waiting for you" He doesn't answer my questions and he wants me to sign a disclaimer. That is about the only solution he has.

We brought 8 x 20l paint and all we have to show is blotchy walls. I am definitely NOT IMPRESSED, I was holding back on giving a review, and hoping to sort this out amicably, but I have had it. This has been dragging on for nearly 6 months and I cannot see something happening soon.

Now he wants to send a technician in two weeks time.... I mean seriously?? After 6 months?

I definitely do not recommend Duram I definitely will not buy that again. I am seriously unhappy unsatisfied and unable to find a solution.
