Disappointed with Duram paint

I purchased 20l Duram Armatex from Buco George & totally disappointed with the product. Have gone back to Buco to complain & they put me in touch with the George rep. I explained the situation over the telephone to her & she promised to come to my house to have a look, that was a month ago, she has not phoned or visited to have a look at the paintwork. Tha paint does not cover any of the patches & has left streakes down the walls. It was a total waste of time & money & i want to be refunded.
