Working with logistics company to ***** my money

I am appalled by the service at dunns mobile. I ordered 3 cellphones, the order was stuck saying in durban, called the courier they say the item is misplaced, called dunns again they say the item was high jacked and no response on my previous escalation. No one wants to help, being refused a refund.
