What a sad treatment

I regret buying at dunns alex mall after such treatment i received on the 5th of this month when i returned a skirt because the skirt elastic is torn which i believe its factory fault they accused" me of washing the skirt and the skirt is wet" while i didn't wear the skirt or neither of their accusations and they turned me down saying sorry we cant change the skirt we work for abelungu thina they gonna think that we made ***** imagine Now im stuck with dunns torn skirt Wow
