Ton shoes from dunns

I bought shoe july and they are ton apart, went to dunns today asking for solution. They say the exchange or refund in 30days and not more. My question is so if it is more than 30 day that means I must buy new shoes? Whats the point of buying to stores that u think got quality products where as their product are not. So everytime I bought something n tons after 30 I must throw away? Reason for us going to those kind of store we think that customers service will be better. Oh n I went to mums dunns the manager n she said R300 is not much I can buy new shoe n throw those away.
