terrible service cheap quality

Purchased a pair of boots from Dunns in lakeside mall In July and after wearing them only once noticed that the back of the boot is opening and coming apart. I message Dunns on Facebook and was given an email address to send my complaint to after asking for proof of purchase of which i did send i have received no feedback from Dunns. its 2 weeks now!
