Terrible service

I bough a cell phone through Dunns and paid for delivery. I waited three days for my delivery and on the fourth day i went to pick it from the transport company. I mailed Dunns to hear if i can get a refund on my delivery of R100.00. There response is to Keep closing my ticket as resolved. What terrible service from a Company i app**** to on the 20th November to open an account with and am still waiting on a response. Its now the 5th of December.
