I ordered clothes online and the order was delivered at expected time by the courier guy,it was sealed , there was no tear or any sign of tempering from what I could see. when I opened my order as I got inside the house to only find out they are missing items.

I sent them email immediately with no response than following day I called them than they asked me to take pics of items received and email them and that I did. I received confirmation email saying they are looking into it that will take not more than 48 hours but days passed after that, no call and no email that was a red flag than I called again with no help, the only thing the consultant said was they were still waiting for the courier to respond, It my second week now with nothing from them
