RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY AT DUNNS ONLINE SUCKS

Unstisfactory service experience with Dunns online shopping. I regret purchasing shoes from that store. i encountered issues with returns and exchanges, and this led to confusion and inconvenience as i can not be referred to the higher personnel who can resolve this issue. Not a great experience overal.
