Refusal to exchange incorrect supplies without a handling fee

Unfortunately I was not able to rate minus or zero stars. I bought two jeans online as per their size charts which is the same size as all my other jeans. The jeans are too big so I requested a smaller size. The support team said that they can exchange but will be charging me a fee for a product that they have supp**** and does not fit as per their size charts. Would not recommend purchasing online ever
