Poor service provide by Dunns

I had the worst experience with Dunns. I bought a pocket wi-fi router online. It was delivered but the delivery guy took away with him because the name on the proof of address is not the same as the one who ordered. I asked for my money and it has been more than a month of back and forth. They promised to pay me after 10 working days but I am still waiting. They Dunns are the worst service I was ever offered anywhere. The Cosmo city branch I visited to enquire at is manned by hooligans. They are uncouth ill mannered and badly raised people. I urge all to refrain from engaging with those bad people and of course day away from Dunns. They don’t have a clue about customer service
