I bought a phone at Dunns on the 27/01/2023 at 32 Kempton Square Shop 38 Kempton Square 1619 the number is ***, the phone is a Huawei Nova Y70 I bought it for work I really needed the phone but it turns out that it over heats and stucks, so I went back to the store told them about the issue of the phone and that I wanted to exchange or refund the phone but they told I can't do that coz they don't have a 7 days guarantee the staff and the manager actually said the 7 days guarantee ended 2 years ago at their store they nolonger exchange phones but they book them in for repair within that 7 days period, I was than told to call in the head office to explain to them about my issue, I was given this number: *** and this other personal number: *** to ask for "Phindile" on both of these numbers. Apparently their head office is a person and a particular person they gave me 2 personal numbers and told me it's their head office the other number is: *** which is Emmanuel, okay I called them explained about my problem they also refused to help me they told me about a repair that I can't wait for I don't have time I want to exchange or refund the phone I was never told about the gaurantee and warranty of the phone before buying it I'm really ****ed I don't have much time I have to use the phone at work I didn't buy the phone because I wanted to play games I bought it for work And the staff there is so rude including the manager, I hate the fact that I bought a phone on that store
