Pathetic service @ dunns Durban the workshop

I sent my daughter to do a refund for me @ dunns in workshop and they refused to do it for her saying they no longer do refund she has to do an exchange. Unfortunately I cannot do an exchange because I don’t like anything from there and they don’t have the size of the skirt that I wanted which matches the coat that I’m returning. I went to look for the skirt last week they didn’t have my size and I asked if I just return the coat the lady that assisted me said yea I can,today they’re refusing to do the refund and the guy that was assisting my daughter refused to speak to me on the phone or call the manager. So what must I do with something that I won’t be able to use? Since when is dunns not doing refunds because as far as I know you can do refunds within 30 days if you have the slip
