PATHETIC service

Pathetic service!!!!ordered clothes online 11 days ago and to date no one can tell me what is happening..and no one is even entertaining the refund issue this clothing company is not serious about making money. Now I understand why they can even have motar n brick store in all location you will never make money if you fail to fulfill a sale and communicated with honesty and transparency to your customers. I am heading back to SHEIN
