Pathetic and Disgusting Service

I made an order online for Huawei Nova Y62 Dual Sim Black (MTN) + Free Huawei Freelance Earphones, but I did not get the Huawei Freelance Earphones and I have logged a call with their online department ref no ***, but it seems like there is no one who knows what they are doing as I have called the Call Centre twice and the consultant I have spoken to says there is nothing they can do as the query has already been escalated, the reason I bought this was because it was coming with the Huawei Freelance Earphones, I am really disappointed in the service that I have received from Dunns, it is pathetic and disgusting as I have spent my money to order this
