Order not delivered

I ordered a phone online on October 28, 2025, and today is November 6, 2025. I haven't received any updates from the courier, and when I try to track my order, it always shows the same message: "address not found."

Today, I sent them an email to cancel my order and request a refund. However, they rep**** stating, "case closed," and that the order was marked as "delivered."

I have called them countless times, but there has been no resolution. I do not recommend this shop. It has been frustrating! I am still waiting for my refund.
