No confirmation recieved but bnk acc is debit for item purchased

I placed an order on the 28 Jan 2025. I didn't recieve an email confirming my placement but the money was deducted ftom account. I have a ref number ZWYNAKC1H but there is no order on its way. Kindly assist n sort it out as.
