Managers refusing to assist

I want to return a item that i bought from Dunns Benoni branch and the manager at Evaton is refusing to help me. I paid cash with my debit card, have the receipt and the tags are still on the item. Manager refuses to help me with the return and says that I have to go back all the way to Benoni! I also work in retail and thats very bad customer service! Your speedy response in assisting me with resolving this matter will be highly appreciated ********** 889/ ********** 055
