Liberty Promenade [Dunns] Service Very Poor

At Liberty Promenade Dunns I could not get a refund for a ZTE Device. The device was placed on the Telkom display. When I got home to test the device, it was network locked to MTN. This happen at around 6pm on 29 June 2020, I could not return the device on the same day. I went on the 30th of June 2020 to complain and ask for a refund. The store manager that was present on the day said they can't issue a refund, but this was never explained to me before I bought the device.

There were no RICA or Take on documents signed, the device was bought the same way clothes or any electrical devices. That should have been a sign for me not to by connection device that are not RICA approved. I left the device at the store and would really appreciate if I can get my refund.
