Leave Dunns online alone

I have bought dresses online and one of the dresses that came with as wrong,it's not something that I have order. I sent and email for returns and they just kept on saying they will escalate the matter to date. It very frustrating that I have paid but I am stuck with the dress that I didn't order and cannot wear
