I can't have my phone delivered 😭

I hope and pray I can be assisted..I bought a phone on the 9th on-line from Dunns...my mistake is that I updated my delivery address incorrect so they ddnt find me and the delivery send back the parcel back to the factory...I called as to find out and I was told why it wasn't delivered.i gave them the correct address on the 12th and I was promised it will be delivered Wednesday the 16th and to my surprised I got an sms that my parcel was delivered at Kempton park while my actual address is Roodeport....I called them no one can honestly assist me they keep on telling the same story that they have escalated the matter...and they can even refund me as I can't be ordering a phone for more than 10 days...my order number is DM2384 They numbers is ***
