Horrible service from the manager in Johannesburg central

I would give no star if I could. Horrible service in johannesburg central by the manager, worst part of it. Very bad service from the manager. I laybuyed tracksuits that has rust coming out from the button but I can't go back to the store and report because of the horrible service that manager gave me when I asked for the watches I bought to be adjusted.
