Dunns store at Skhemelele

January this year I made a laybuy of a phone at DUNNS store ,by March I was done with my payments I took it , I used it for almost 4 weeks then it's stucked then i decided to return it back to Store to be fixed , they said I must wait for 1 month they're gonna fix it , till today I've never got my phone back their manager is ignoring me when I'm asking for my phone back
