Dunns poor service

I got very bad service from Dunns shop in Kuilsriver, by two of their staff members. A young adult gentleman & an older lady that works at the till. I wanted to buy 2 jackets & more things & wanted to pay with my card, as I didn’t have cash on me. The guy made me understand that I can’t pay with my card, the way he did it was without even acknowledging me. Then the older lady came & said she can authorise it at the till, but by then I already put off the items back. As I thought I couldn’t use my bank card. No one gave me customer service. I’ll never step into a Dunns store again, even though they have nice items. But because of this poor service. Please teach your staff to acknowledge their customers & treat them with courtesy even if they are going through personal things. They shouldn’t take it out on their customers.
