Dunn's mobile worst service ever

I purchased a cellphone from Dunn's mobile online ,I was charged for delivery,order was sent with courier it and I was supposed to receive it on the 5th,no communication and non delivery.i called and was promised delivery on the 6th,I emailed Dunn's to complain,Muriel sent me an email back saying they cannot give exact date for delivery,Dunn's mobile should have been upfront before I purchased and paid that the delivery will be when they feel like it. No one to call at Dunn's only email,worst service ever,an absolute ripoff being charged for delivery,I would not recommend them.
