Dunns Laybuy Refund

I made a cellphone lay by at Kempton Park Square, so I wanted to cancel my layby since I'm moving back home. I was told that because it's not clothing I can't cancel my laybuy and will have to wait until the system kicks out my laybuy. Laybuy point No4 on their contract conditions state that " this agreement may be terminated by the puchaser at any time prior to the expiry date, wherby Dunns will refund the money already paid in full. I need my money back by tomorrow because i cant come back February as been told by the sales assistance.
