Dunns Failing To Refund My Money

I ordered a bag on Dunns than I decided to return it and get a refund the bag was picked up on the 22 of February it was in great condition when I returned it ,it looked the same brand new. They said it would take 7 to 10 days to get my money back excluding weekends and today is the 11 of march I'm yet to receive a message from there agents/staff I must say this is a high level of incompetence, order on Dunns online at your own risk I want my money back this is just so ********* I'm angry .
