I came in to do an exchange in Dunns Aliwal North to do an exchange that was made at a different dunns. Stuff is not well informed on return politicies, the manager herself was very rude and didn't know what she was doing aswell. When you ask questions she says she does not know and finds out what she needs to do, she does not inform client.

Worst experience ever.
