DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY'S ONLINE RETURNS PROCEDURE!!

Purchased clothing online which was unfortunately way too big. Requested and arranged a return and my goods were collected, fair play. With no notification, the clothes were then returned to me. On enquiring why the items were returned I was then sent photos of the items, stretched, full of patchy marks etc etc. My surprise is due to the fact that I never even opened the original items received so either these were sent to me in that state or on returning them, whoever took the photographs did something awful to them and sent them back! Completely disgusted with this! Utterly shocked and disappointed.
