Disgusting service from ouma in Dunn's thulamahashe

I've have never experience such disgusting service in my life,Dunn's train your staff cause ouma from dunns thulamahashe doesn't know the reason she was hired there,my mom bought two phones and simcard ,they were not Ricard even today ,I called the store and ask for the same ouma who drop call on my ears twice,that girl does not understand the reason she was hired is to service customer not to chase them away like she did,there is pep next to them who can give me a good service but we choose dunns so is this how you treat your customers?send ouma for training she need to know that customers are king and leave her bad attitudes at homr
