Complain

Hello Peter My name is lazarus Chauke, contact details: *** ***, I had clothing account with Dunns SA which I opened it in 2016, I was given a credit to take clothings, unfortunately things didn't go well cause I stopped paying the account due to the loss of job and over debted, until 2021 when the account was prescribed. this year again the accounts is now been reopened and active. Its now under new name capital management. I really need help on this one, if is how things work in South Africa then it's I guess I don't know where I'm gonna get help, cause the account was prescribed.
