I bought shoes online but my transaction didn’t go through but money was deducted twice from My account. I didn’t get an order number then u emailed them. It has now been 4 weeks trying to claim my refund after emailing everything including my bank statements but nothing. I even went to fb messenger and its the same **** promises of them waiting for feedback from their bank and not giving me refund. After 4 weeks i am fed up as i have been patient enough with their **** promises in emails.
