Bad treatment

Good day, this is the second review I'm writing about the matter, I'm really frustrated with Dunns and the worst part is I can't speak with any management to sort out the matter, my mother is being harrased for an installment that she payed we've been sending statements from May and everytime I call I'm told that I must wait 24 hours from May until now,at the same time my mother is being harrased, told that she should pay that amount
