Bad service from dunns visitor

I am very dissatisfied by the servirce I got forom dunns phumlani mall,the systems where offline,and the guys from talked in a polite manner,I had to wait for 30 mins listening from the guy from altron who was very very rude and told me to **** off from the the store and go buy else where,he refused to give me his name but I have a pictures of him even though he was wearing a mask,I request a investigation be made to be able to escalate this to the right people
