Bad service at dunns

<p>Good day, a while back I baught a sales pair of shoes 2 pairs and after a week the were broken. I asked them if we can do anything about it? No the manager said as it is a sales item. So then i wrote to hello peter and headoffice, today i went there again after not buying there for months and then i saw shoes asked them if i can please buy them but is there a warrenty no she rep**** only on cellphones. Then I told her but its not fair to pay R250 for shoes and after a week they are broken? she then rep**** that i have a history at JET, Ackermans, and PEP for fighting and she doesnt know why i want to make people feel bad or fight?????????????????????????????????? And she said She knows I outed her on hellopeter. Can headoffice please tell me how this is possible???? She even told me not to come in her shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
