Bad service

I bought an MTN wifi router the one for R249 it comes with its one simcard,upon delivery I was informed that I need to produce a proof or residence and Id copy,I did so.for simcard to be activated it takes 48 hours it has been weeks I have been checking the simcard is not working because they did not Rica it.i s me them an email no response send a message on Facebook no response,what a bad service I have received after wasting my energy submitting documents that they were not going to use.
