Bad service

So I placed an order online for 3 items last Friday , Wednesday it arrived when I opened my parcel there was 1 item missing, I contacted customer care via email and explained the situation.

So today is Friday and I have not received any correspondence from you with regards to my missing order this is really not good customer service can I know what is happening cause as I stated I needed that item for Saturday that's why I ordered it before hand and like I said I really don't know how use send parcels without checking properly. I need someone to call and give me feedback urgently.
