Bad service

<p>I was at Dunns sun village with my husband n as we r paying 4 de items the cashier /manager tapped the counter so hard on us n wth attitude she said bring that card to my husband n I asked her politely dat she didn't have to tap de counter as she could have jst said it without de tapping n de attitude.....well dat was de beggining of an argument for a good 10 minutes.....I ask de lady for de manager as she was de manager n I ddnt knw dat she told me dat she is de manager with rudeness n as she was de manager my complaint would not be attended by anyone. Her n her co worker refused to give me de head office's number dey tilt me dat dey dnt hev a head office n I went home.....I googled de numbers on my fone n got de heads office numbers at Jhb n launched a complaint an de area manager der gave me a call n told me she spoke to dem at de shop n I must go there so dat dey should apologize to me. I dd so n wen I got there I received even more attitude than de previous day n I called back de area manager n told her again wat was happening as she was at Jhb n de matter failed to be resolved . That's when de area manager promised to cum to de shop n hear both our stories n its been 2 weeks now going to 3 without hearing anything from them</p>
