Bad customer service

Yesterday I went to buy a wireless speaker and when I got home the was no charger aux or manual upon arrival at the shop the the cashier said that the speaker was damaged and was return from another customer and on top of that there are 3 others which are the on the display and cashier says they are all faulty returns from other customers just like the one I was sold. Very poor customer service because they sold me a speaker that they knew was faulty and now I had to go back for something I knew.
