Professional approach

i want to commend the owner of Dukkah in Florida Road, Durban for his professional approach in our recent complaint by the way we were treated by his manager on Christmas Day. I instantly dealt with our grevience and did something about his manager by dismissing him for the arrogance and attitude towards us. I would recommend this restuarant for his service and involvement
