Dissatisfaction of Service
I am writing this message with a heavy heart regarding a booking I made with your restaurant for 25 April 2026, for which I paid the required deposit on time. The booking was made and confirmed on 4 March 2026. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the booking on 6 March 2026, and I received confirmation that my cancellation was acknowledged. My concern relates to the refund of the deposit I paid. Despite making numerous follow-up phone calls and personally visiting the restaurant, I have not yet received my refund. During my visit, a Manager named James apologized for the delay and assured me that the payment would be processed. However, to date, I have not received the refund, and my calls are no longer being answered. I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and arranging payment of the outstanding refund.
