Super impressed

I always take the time to leave a review when something goes wrong with an order, whether it’s a return, an exchange, or simply the communication throughout the process.

I can honestly say that Jeanriette made my size exchange so easy. Her communication was excellent, she was friendly, and her professionalism really stood out. It’s refreshing to experience such outstanding customer service, and she turned what could have been a frustrating process into a seamless one.

I am super impressed. Thank you, Jeanriette and ultimately Duck Apparel for this refreshingly positive experience.
