Ridiculous return/exchange policy

I'm pretty disappointed with their return/exchange policy. You drop a small fortune on their products, and if you need to do a return or exchange, they expect you to put in the effort and pay for couriers to return it and then ask for extra shipping fees for the exchanged garment. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not even sure what I should do. I feel like I've been conned. Get with the times, DA.
