TIRED, DRAINED AND ANGRY.

Hello Peter, I am lost for words. Right now I am hurt and confused. My car has been at Dube auto body in East London, recommended by miway insurance since the 9th of January 2019, the estimated date of delivery was the 23rd January 2019. If I am calculating correctly this is the 6th week now and I haven't got my car. It has been different excuses after the other. I even threatened to go take my car today but I ended up asking my husband. When he got there, he had to wait for over an hour before being attended too. Later, a guy came and explained the condition of the car and promised to call me within 2 days from now. The very same car was now outside their workshop nothing was done to it currently. I now understand that they do not care about their customers needs, if they did they would understand my situation. On the issue of them giving me a courtesy car as the insurance had requested, they assured my husband that they do not have a car so unfortunately they cannot help us.
