From day one of communication of assessment, from arrangement of booking and being reminded of the vehicle to come in. The Direction guidance. The quality of the car repairs is excellent and they have a warranty of paint for 2 years which is a good things. The updates that I was getting throughout the repairs was excellent as well. Thanks Dube

Turn around time
I recently visited and used Dube Autobody for my car repair. I would like to appreciate Siya for his professionalism. The guy communicated everything clearly and gave clarifications to all the questions I had, and the job was well done on handling this part. Unfortunately the Autobody needs to improve and the service fell short on time expectations. My vehicle was expected to be done in 3 or at least 4 weeks, but it took 7 weeks. They really need to do better. Otherwise, their workmanship was satisfying ultimately.

Turn around time
I recently visited and used Dube Autobody for my car repair. I would like to appreciate Siya for his professionalism. Worst Autobody in East London
I'm sitting here contemplating my life choices. When the car was supposed to be ready 2 weeks ago. I've been waiting for an hour for 'paperwork' to sign so I can leave with the car, only to find out now, they took the car for wheel alignment. And if I didn't ask, nobody was gonna tell me. Please, if you hear of Dube Autobody, RUN far away!!! I'm gonna have to close the shop at 5pm it seems, for a clients that clocked in 14:30. Inconvenience 10/10, Lies told 10/10, poor communication 10/10, time wasted 10/10, overall client displeasure 10/10. 2026-03-03 16:21
