NOT HAPPY

My vehicle was referred to this place in East London in August 2021. For weeks they did not start working without informing me until I complained. I was later introduced to a guy called Heinz who seemed to be helpful. When they eventually finished I saw that the bonnet did not fit properly. The bumper was also not aligned at one end. Heinz said fault on the bumper was caused by the aftermarket part they used to hold it and that they will have the correct one from Ford. I had to take my vehicle because I was desperate to use it.

I later tried to follow-up with Heinz but I could hear that he had completely forgotten about me and was non commital in his response. I will never allow my vehicle to be sent to this place again.
